We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated and resourceful HR Business Partner - Manager, APAC to join the People & Performance team on a permanent basis. You will act as a consultant on all HR related queries, provide suitable, appropriate and consistent guidance for Ten’s APAC offices. Whilst developing excellent working relationships with key staff around the world you will support our management team to develop processes and systems to effect a more efficient in recruiting the best talent and ensuring a seamless employee journey for our new starters. To see how are we able to go that one step further when delivering exactly what our members ask for, please watch this short video from our CEO Alex Cheatle to find out https //m.youtube.com/watch?v=sSNcczdvcTI&feature=youtu.be Also see how we're developing our tech capabilities https //vimeo.com/tenproduct/october2017 Your responsibilities will include Full spectrum of HR responsibilities in the APAC region Input into the HR strategy to continue to develop Ten as a great place to work To keep up to date with changes in employment law and best practices for each market and to devise new policies where necessary Project managing recruitment campaigns and all other HR projects as and when required Producing monthly and quarterly reports as briefed to inform wider business issues and required improvements Develop processes and systems that will help provide a more efficient, streamlined and value-adding service to the business Requirements We are looking for Good understanding and knowledge of APAC Employment Laws; specifically Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, and Singapore Payroll knowledge and experience in APAC is preferred, but not essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proven high level of accuracy in literacy and numeracy; Strong time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise work; Good knowledge of using MS Office, particularly Word and Excel; Strong relationship building skills; Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Please note Previous proven work experience in hands-on HR management or Business Partnering is essential; regional experience in the VIP, luxury, travel, hospitality and customer service background in APAC is preferred.
