We are looking for a result oriented, passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Human Resources team. A People’s person with a positive can do attitude and aptitude to manage recruitment drives. An organized and meticulous initiator who is able to work independently and also a team player who is committed and able to contribute to the department and organizational needs. Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, interviewing and engaging suitable candidates, coordination and facilitation of interviews for/with the hiring managers and the candidates, employment offer and negotiation of salary package. Must be highly driven and able to handle large volume of backend and frontline hiring as requested. Formulate and implement strategic recruitment plans and initiatives to meet urgent manpower needs. Weekly / regular tracking and reporting of recruitment updates to the management. Handle on-boarding of new hires and conduct induction programme. Participate in all assigned recruitment activities such as career fairs, site recruitments and manage internship program. Perform all administrative duties related to the recruitment role. Support all other HR related initiatives/ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary. Qualifications Diploma in a HR-related discipline with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the setting of recruitment agency or in-house recruitment. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak fluently and write well in both English and Chinese in order to work with our Chinese speaking associates in overseas offices. An outspoken and energetic individual who is able to thrive under extreme pressure and proactively seek out opportunities to hire. Proficient with MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint). Available immediately/within short notice is highly preferred. 6 months contract, with the opportunity for conversion to permanent employee, subject to performance and organization’s requirements.
