The Talent Acquisition(TA) team is at the front of this; we are constantly looking for new ways to do this more effectively, and evolving the way that we interact and partner with our business partners to ensure that we are true Talent Advisors and decision enablers. We strive to be specialists in the markets, with an in depth understanding of the talent landscape that we operate in, and we are able to navigate sophisticated hiring challenges and promote diversity hiring, support the strategic workforce priorities, and build robust talent program and channels to support the continuous business growth. We are looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Advisor (APAC) to be based in Singapore for a period of 6 months starting Mid November 2020. The incumbent is responsible to manage full cycle recruitment for our Technology teams across APAC region. You will act as a Talent Advisor to our business, execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy to deliver resourcing policies, framework and streamline processes to drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice. Responsibilities Probes to understand business priorities, key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow Screens candidates to assess skill and culture fit in order to ensure candidates who interview at Equinix are well qualified Drives strategic sourcing agenda by using social media platforms; be a brand ambassador on social media Partners with hiring manager to identify key roles and responsibilities of the interview team Ensures the manager and interview team are prepared for the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally Facilitates the debriefing process towards a recommendation Sets expectations and advises the hiring managers regarding the recruiting process and responsibilities Responsible for writing & composition of role descriptions, kick off meetings, sourcing strategy, execution of sourcing, interviewing, offer, offer construction, extension Advises and offers guidance to hiring managers on the Hiring Process to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience Assists through closing vacancies upon acceptance, and moves candidates through to onboarding stage Negotiates offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary Ensure excellent candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate Extends the offer and ensures that candidates fully understood the offer Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards and ensures they are followed during the hiring and onboarding processes Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress Qualifications You have experience in an inhouse Recruiter role in an international environment You have relevant industry experience in the data center, IT environment Prior tech recruitment experience or working experience in Tech companies will be an advantage You have the ability to deliver recruitment successes in a fast paced and competitive market You are a solid communicator and have strong interpersonal skills You are creative, hardworking and a standout colleague Show more
