Anaplan is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workplace Trainee To Be Involved In Responsibilities Employee orientation , training logistics and recordkeeping Organisation-wide committee facilitation and participation Providing direct support to employees during implementation of HR services, policies and programs Coordinating HR programs with the HR team as required Generating reports, conducting analysis and sharing insights as required Competencies Active participation in HR processes; such as recruitment, talent planning, benefits and any HR initiatives that might be developed during the duration of the role. How to positively engage employees and stakeholders professionally Gain experience with Human Resources Online Systems (LMS / Payroll), analytics, database management and record keeping Knowledge of working practices across Asia Pacific Education Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Duration of Traineeship Offered 9 months Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and a) Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or b) Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
