Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cialfo

Responsibilities Understand the current staffing needs and the hiring plan for the next two quarters Develop and enhance talent acquisition strategies across different roles and geographies Initiate employment branding initiatives to boost our EVP Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience Supervise recruiting personnel to prevent any bottlenecks to the recruitment process Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Requirements Proven experience as talent acquisition specialist, ideally with 3 to 5 years experience or more Has recruited for both technical (software engineers) and non-technical roles (BD, Marketing, etc) Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding Understanding of all selection methods and techniques Proficient in the use of social media and job boards to meet hiring needs Has an existing network in one or more of the countries that Cialfo operates in to tap on or enhance. Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles and whether the candidates will be a culture fit in Cialfo Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (we use BambooHR) and databases Excellent communicator and cultural carrier Well-organized and able to juggle multiple openings at any single time BSc/BA in human resources or relevant field is a bonus Show more
