Job Description

Fullerton Healthcare Group aims to transform the delivery of healthcare digital services by taking an "outside-in" view, putting patients and businesses at the heart of everything we do. We also actively involved in the pandemic vaccination and swab centers regionally in addressing the needs of our patients.

Purpose of role

You will manage our company's on-prem architecture and hybrid cloud environments. You will play a strategic role in planning, design, installation, deployment and monitoring of all aspects of server elements.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of server platforms and technology systems. You should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively share your knowledge.


Perform system administration based on ITIL activities, maintenance, backup/ restore, installation, upgrading, change requests, configurations & testing (Dev, UAT, Prod, and DR) for Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019.
Maintain core infrastructure services (such as Active Directory, DC, DNS, DHCP, IIS)
Perform server setup and version upgrade of Windows OS and VMware ESXi hosts
Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated by L1 support team.
Perform Vulnerability Assessments, remediation & patch management on all servers.
Create, update & maintain operation documents
Maintain a good understanding of upcoming changes to the platforms to assist with change management.
Document changes using change management best practices.
Collaborate with other IT staff to facilitate effective issue resolution.
Ensure uptime, performance, reliability, and transparency of all aspects of infrastructure elements.
Forecasts demand for virtualization system resources capacity and takes appropriate action before capacity limits are reached.
Be accountable for measuring and optimizing infrastructure performance, and to initiate and lead recovery actions after system failures. Design and implement the disaster recovery initiatives.
Maintain Infrastructure equipment inventory and manage hardware life-cycle.
Continuously improve, document, implement and manage standardized policies and procedures for areas of responsibility.
Regularly perform security checks and troubleshooting.
Perform regular server configuration audits and provide reports.
Participate in the audit review with clients regarding internal setup
Stay up to date with latest security technology and trends.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology/Security or relevant field.
4-6+ years of relevant experience.
Good working experience on Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Good experience on Virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, MS Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV)
Good experience on Microsoft Server OS (Windows 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008)
Experience on Linux OS (redhat, ubuntu, centos) will be an advantage.
Proficient in PowerShell (incl. vSphere PowerCLI) and VB scripting will be an advantage.
Good understanding of public cloud technologies (Azure), storage and networking concept will be an advantage.
Must be a team player, willing to learn, has high initiative to drive and follow up on outstanding issues till closure.
Ability to solve technical problems independently, follow up and follow through, take ownership and initiative.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
Preferably with Microsoft Windows Certification, VMware Certification and/or ITIL certification.
Cyber Security Certification (e.g. CISSP, ComTIA Security+, OSWE) will be an advantage.
Experience in Vendor Management.
