Job Description


Lead projects and manage vendors in the implementation and support of ICT systems, services and technologies according to business and security requirements
Lead and support Digital Workplace initiatives such as Hyper-automation, Teams Telephony, ITSM, etc.
Explore and leverage Singapore Government Tech Stack (e.g. DevSecOps, CI/CD, etc) and other new technologies/solutions where applicable
Seek and analyse root causes of issues by deep understanding of the enterprise environment and collaborating with technical teams from various domains and vendors in providing solutions
Manage procurement and maintenance renewals of hardware, software and ICT service subscriptions including preparation of technical specifications
Analyse, develop and communicate the technology deployment process, seek feedback from stakeholders and make continual improvement in the operations phase
Conduct user briefing sessions/training to prepare users in adopting new solutions with the creation of impactful communications and documentations


At least 5 years of relevant experience in End-user Computing environment and in managing IT-related projects and vendor management and familiar with systems, OS and technologies in areas such as Anti-virus, Disk encryption, patch management, Windows 10 desktop management tools
Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Computing/Telecommunications) or equivalent
Possess Microsoft 365 & Office 365 domain knowledge to drive Digital Workplace transformation
Experienced in Service Desk management processes, end-user device deployment planning, tracking of issues & resolution follow-through
Good analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to write and communicate effectively across a broad spectrum of users
Self-motivated, keen learner, proactive and a team player
