Key Role &Accountabilities:

  • As an effective team member within the Singapore Operations Team in providing high quality of day to day HR support
  • As a functional specialist in C&B and Business Support to provide advisory services
  • As a key contributor in APAC team in providing accurate and timely management reports for the region
  • As a champion to drive improvement in Nessie data quality and system enhancements

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Engage managers and employees in the following HR processes (30%)
    • Confirmation
    • Transfer
    • Termination
    • EP applications & renewal
    • Update of organization and employee data
    • Liaise with HRSC on HR data entry
  • Administration of employee benefits (25%)
    • Monthly update of GHS / GMM
    • Yearly review and renewal of staff medical &insurance programs
    • Liaise with Aon on insurance admin, Staff Communication sessions and staff enquiries
    • 2nd level support on staff enquiries on benefits (1st level : HRSC and vendors)
    • Complete Salary & Benefits Surveys and provide analysis
    • Support Salary Review, Bonus calculation and bonus plans design programs
    • Super user for MyIncentive
  • Business Support (25%)
    • Review Comp Matrix and provide analysis
    • Develop Comp Proposal
    • Update Communication Deck
    • Draft LOA and offer package
    • Follow through on C&B admin for transition employees
  • Management Reporting (10%)
    • Prepare monthly headcount and attrition reports for SG
    • Prepare Subco& Bench reports for APAC
    • Prepare monthly APAC headcount analysis report for APAC
  • Nessie & System Enhancement (10%)
    • Ensure Nessie data quality maintains at 100% for mandatory fields
    • Ensure comp data are properly maintained in Nessie
    • Liaise with IT team on system enhancement for benefits administration
    • Support rollout of new systems which require Nessie data
