Assistant HR Manager

Provide support to the Human Resources VP, APAC and HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources operational areas:
HR processes in hiring, termination, performance management, salary review, payroll and mobility program
HR headcount reporting at regional level
Provide advice or recommendations to managers on HR practices and solutions.
Constantly assist in reviewing HR Policies and Procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Human Resource Management with at least 5 - 6 years of relevant work experience
Strong HR operational experience and preferably had worked in a fast paced MNC environment
Familiar with SAP HR, MS applications especially Excel
Detailed oriented, organized and very good with numbers
Self-motivated and possess good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Salary: up to $6k
