HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for the overall operational requirements in the area of talent acquisition & retention.
  • Formulate strategies with hiring managers to attract, retain and motivate right talents in the most effective manner.
  • Lead and partner with hiring managers to understand their talent acquistion needs and requirements.
  • Work with the Regional HR manager to roll out regional talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Provide operational support to track and monitor the hiring progress
  • Ensure rewards to talent management and development initiatives guidelines are in line.
  • Advise hiring managers on compensation profile and package to offer.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resouces Management or Business Administration (specializing in Human Resouces) or equivalent
  • At least 5 to 6 years specialising in HR recruitment in a MNC environment
  • Preferable has talent acquisition experience in an IT industry
  • Excellent interponsal, communication and influential skills
  • Self-motivated, resouceful and possess positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary up to $5k
