HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer insurance
  • Conduct orientation program
  • Handle office admin such as stationery/refreshment requisitions, travel bookings!
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for perm/temp/part-time staff
  • Monitor staff service awards/confirmations/resignations
  • Prepare Letters of appointments/confirmations
  • Process medical/dental claims
  • Process Payroll via EasyPay Enterprise
  • Update of Employee Handbook
  • Update of leave and medical applications
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Studies/Human Resources
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates with SAP HR knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Matured and pleasant personality
Salary up to S$3.2k
