Senior HR Administrator (HRIS and LOD)



Key Responsibilities: 

Learning & Organizational Development 
1.  Administrative support to LOD 
2.  Deliver output in the areas of management of reports and documents 
3.  Manage the Learning and Development administration function 

Contact point for employees HRIS or LOD/HR Information 

HRIS 
4.  Generate relevant PeopleSoft reports for analysis and use. 
5.  HR reports generation and analysis 

    .  Headcount Reports (Overall) 
    .  Turnover Analysis 
    .  Resourcing Analysis 
    .  Consolidation of reports from other functions, e.g. C&B, HR Services on quarterly basis 
6.  Be the SME (Subject-Matter Expert) for PeopleSoft updating and share information on PARC update on regular basis to HR Services team. 
7.  Be the source of information for presentation information (if needed). 
8.  Data Management: Accuracy and Audit. 
9.  Design, develop and maintain ad-hoc reports on business demand (e.g. surveys, forecasts) to meet end-user specifications 
10.  Assist in the design and delivery of PeopleSoft related training programs as they relate to process, workflow and system functionality 
11.  Assist in the review, testing, and roll-out of additional HRIS modules 
12.  Assist in the development and documentation of processes related to Human Resources data and general use of PeopleSoft 
13.  Provide HRIM support, including but not limited to, maintaining the foundation and reference table of HR Systems 
14.  Troubleshooting, research and resolution of any reported data or system errors 
15.  Provide user support for all data issues 

Qualification: 

.  Higher Education qualification 
.  Degree or Diploma in HRM advantage 

experience: 
.  Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience in fast paced business environment 
.  Experience with HRIM system, preferably PeopleSoft
